Russia launched record number of strike drones last night — Zelenskyy

Russia launched a record number of strike drones over Ukraine last night.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this on his Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

At the same time, Zelenskyy emphasized the presence of a large number of foreign components in russian drones, which indicates that russia is circumventing sanctions.

"That night, Russia attacked Ukraine and launched a record number of strike drones against our people - 188...188 drones. Each one has 85 foreign components. This is almost 16,000 components, without which they would not fly. Such attacks are possible only because the criminal circumvents sanctions, Russia circumvents sanctions through various schemes," he noted.

He noted that there is damage to critical infrastructure, the situation in Ternopil is difficult now, all services, repair teams are working and doing everything to restore electricity supply as soon as possible.

Zelenskyy also thanked all countries that block the supply of components for russia's war, and stressed that more joint work is needed so that the sanctions work and force russia to stop this war.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced that on the night of November 26, russian troops launched 4 ballistic missiles and 188 drones over the territory of Ukraine, air defense forces shot down 76 enemy drones as of 9:00 a.m., 95 drones were lost in location.
