Invaders massively shell Ternopil. Power, water and transport restrictions in city

On the night of Tuesday, November 26, the army of the aggressor country, the russian federation, attacked Ternopil with drones. Work is underway to restore electricity and water supply in the city, and heating points are being restored.

Ternopil City Mayor Serhii Nadal reported this on his Telegram channel.

In particular, due to the enemy strike using kamikaze drones, "the electrical infrastructure that powers Ternopil was damaged."

"Power engineers are gradually restoring the city's power supply. Let's hope that this will happen as soon as possible," Nadal said in a statement.

In addition, elevators in apartment buildings will not work until the city's power supply is fully restored.

"We ask Ternopil residents not to use in those buildings where there is power. There may be outages," the mayor of Ternopil noted.

Employees of the Ternopilvodokanal municipal enterprise are gradually restoring centralized water supply in the city.

The mayor notes that there may be low pressure. But he added that generators will be launched in the city.

  • Gas supply to all consumers in the city is provided in normal mode.
  • As for heat supply, most boiler houses are functioning. According to Nadal, if necessary, "their work will also be supported by generators."
  • Individual heating points will be disconnected, and heat will be supplied directly to houses.

Schools and kindergartens in Ternopil will operate normally today.

"Those that do not have centralized power supply will operate from generators," Nadal said.

Medical institutions in Ternopil are operating normally. It is noted that if necessary, institutions are provided with generators.
