Czech Foreign Minister arrives in Kyiv

On Friday, November 22, Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský arrived in Ukraine on a working visit. He announced this on his X page (formerly Twitter).

The Czech Foreign Minister arrived in Kyiv by train this morning.

"I am interested in how the Ukrainians are coping with the bombings, how Czech projects are working on the ground and how to better target international aid in the coming months. I will discuss all of this here," Jan Lipavský outlined his plans.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský earlier called on not to succumb to new russian intimidation with nuclear weapons. He stressed that this is part of kremlin propaganda aimed at curbing support for Ukraine.

Earlier, Politico, citing a report by the Center for the Study of Democracy and the Centre for Research on Energy and Clean Air, informed that the Czech government allowed the country's oil refineries to make over a billion euros in profit by purchasing russian fuel at a discount, despite the existence of alternative options that would allow them to avoid purchasing hydrocarbons from russia.
