Ukraine will receive military aid packages from US almost every week in coming months

The United States of America wants to be in time to transfer the remaining USD 7.1 billion in military aid to Ukraine by the end of current President Joseph Biden's term.

This was stated by the spokeswoman of the US Ministry of Defense, Sabrina Singh, on November 14, her words are quoted by Suspilne.

"The President has made it clear that he intends to use all the powers that Congress has given him, and we will do our best to make that happen," Singh said.

She reminded that the USA has released military aid packages for Ukraine virtually every week since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the aggressor country of russia.

Singh added that the Pentagon expects "you will continue to see" military aid packages coming from the Department of Defense stockpiles in the coming months.

It will be recalled that earlier this month it became known that Donald Trump, the candidate of the Republican Party, won the presidential election in the USA. His inauguration will take place on January 20, 2025.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on November 13, Pentagon spokesman Pat Ryder stated that Ukraine received 83% of the ammunition and 67% of the air defense equipment promised by Washington after the US Congress approved additional funding in April this year.

We also wrote that the current US President Biden allowed American defense contractors to work in Ukraine in the third year of full-scale aggression by the russian federation.
