Russian minister confirms looting by russian soldiers in Kursk Oblast

Roman Starovoyt, the former governor of the Kursk Oblast and the minister of transport of the aggressor country of russia, confirmed the looting by civilians and soldiers of the russian federation in the Kursk Oblast.

He stated this at a meeting with residents of the district in Kursk, the video of which was published by the russian Telegram channel "Kursk Now" on Thursday, November 14.

Starovoyt admitted that not only civilian russians are looting on the territory of the Kursk Oblast, but also "heroic military men".
