The United States has revealed details of a new defense aid package for Ukraine.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on Friday, November 1, the US Department of State announced another package of defense aid for Ukraine in the amount of USD 425 million.
As noted by the experts of the IKK Defense Express defense portal, it is important that the weapons will be allocated within the framework of the Presidential Drawdown Authority (PDA) program, that is, the weapons and military equipment will be transferred directly from the stocks of the American army.
First of all, experts noted that, this is another typical "ammunition" package, the supply of which is really critical for the Defense Forces of Ukraine today. First of all, these are missiles for air defense systems, such as NASAMS and Stinger MANPADS.
It is also about air-to-surface ammunition, stocks for HIMARS missile systems, 105-mm and 155-mm artillery shells, missiles for TOW anti-tank missiles, as well as Javelin anti-tank missiles and AT-4 grenade launchers.
These include anti-UAV equipment, small arms and ammunition, demolition equipment and ammunition, medical equipment, spare parts, support equipment, services, training and transportation.
Separately, it is worth paying attention to the presence of Stryker armored personnel carriers in the list, or rather to their probable number.
The fact is that the previous package of defense aid from the US was announced on October 21, at the same time the US Department of State updated the general list of transferred assistance, which included 189 Stryker armored personnel carriers.

At the same time, the updated list from November 1 already mentions more than 400 units of Stryker armored personnel carriers, that is, their number has increased by at least 211 units.
At the same time, the USA did not specify exactly how many armored personnel carriers will be transferred in the new package of defense assistance, but at the same time, it is still worth recording the transfer of more than four hundred vehicles.
