The USA announced a new package of military aid to Ukraine worth USD 425 million. It included, in particular, Stryker armored personnel carriers and various ammunition.
This was reported by the press service of the US Department of Defense.
The package included ammunition for NASAMS and HIMARS systems, Stinger missiles, c-UAS mobile missile systems, air-to-ground ammunition, 155 mm and 105 mm artillery ammunition, and TOW anti-tank missiles.
Also, on the list of the US Department of Defense, are Javelin and AT-4 anti-tank complexes, Stryker armored personnel carriers, small arms and ammunition, medical equipment, explosive munitions, spare parts, support equipment, services, training and transportation.
We will remind, earlier the President of South Korea confirmed that Seoul can start supplying weapons to Ukraine due to North Korea's actions.
In addition, Great Britain provided Ukraine with 95% of weapons, the supply of which London promised to accelerate in July 2024.
Zelenskyy also reported that the US will allocate another USD 800 million for the production of Ukrainian drones.
