As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the evening of October 28, the russian occupiers bombed the State Industry Building in Kharkiv, which is an architectural monument and entered into the Preliminary List of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

The State Industry Building is the first Soviet 13-story skyscraper, is a monument of architecture and urban planning of national significance, and was included in the Preliminary List of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 2017. Built between 1925 and 1928, the building survived the German occupation and World War II in general.

As a result of the russian attack on Derzhprom, the 7th entrance was damaged, glass fell from hundreds of windows, but all the main structures survived. Despite the fact that the building has no major damage, its restoration may take years.
