Air defense destroy 33 russian UAVs at night, another 25 lost in location

From 08:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29, the russian occupation army attacked Ukraine.

This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

So, it is reported that the russians attacked the private sector in the Sumy Region with a missile of an unknown type from the Belgorod Oblast, and also attacked with 62 strike UAVs of the Shahed type and drones of an unknown type from the directions of Oryol, Primorsko-Akhtarsk.

At the same time, the enemy's tactical aviation constantly strikes with guided aerial bombs on the front-line territory in the Sumy, Kharkiv and Donetsk Axes.

As noted, the air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile troops, aviation, electronic warfare units and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

As of 07:00 a.m., it was confirmed that 33 enemy UAVs were shot down in the Kyiv, Cherkasy, Khmelnytskyi, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Chernihiv and Poltava Regions.

The Air Force also noted that the information is being clarified and updated.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in September, the aggressor country of russia attacked Ukraine with a record number of kamikaze drones - 1,300 UAVs. At the same time, this number may be exceeded already in October.
