It is indicated that these are recently received frames, which are no more than 72 hours old. According to the Center for Strategic Communications, the video shows the Sergeyev training ground in the Far East of the aggressor state of russia.

Also today, the head of the intelligence center of the Estonian Defense Forces, Ants Kiviselg, said that the participation of North Korean soldiers will not change the situation at the front.
