President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will present the Victory Plan at the summit of the European Council.
The press secretary of the President, Serhii Nikiforov, told journalists about this, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"Before presenting it to the European Council, the President presented the Victory Plan to the people of Ukraine and to the members of the Verkhovna Rada," he said.
We will remind that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the Victory Plan in the Verkhovna Rada, which consists of five points.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the first point of the plan involves inviting Ukraine to NATO now.
The second point of the plan is defense, it provides for the irreversible strengthening of Ukrainian defense against the aggressor and the continuation of the operations of the Defense Forces of Ukraine on the territory of the russian federation in order to prevent buffer zones in Ukraine.
The third point of the Victory Plan is deterring russia from aggression against Ukraine, the fourth is strategic economic potential.
The fifth point, according to the President, is designed for the post-war period, because Ukraine "will have one of the most experienced and large military contingents."
