Instead, Trump on his social platform Truth Social rejected the proposal in a few minutes: "There will be no negotiations. Therefore, there is nothing to debate about." At the same time, he added that now it is too late to hold a debate.
It will be recalled that the gap between the candidate for the US presidency from the Democrats, Kamala Harris, and the candidate from the Republicans, Donald Trump, is getting smaller. According to the results of the latest poll, Harris is ahead of Trump by a slight 3 points - 46% to 43%.
