Russia expands evacuation zone in Feodosia due to fire at oil depot after drone attack

Due to a fire at an oil depot in occupied Feodosia, the evacuation zone was expanded - now it concerns residents of the Pivnichnyi neighborhood.

This was announced by the russian administration of the city, Anadolu reports.

"Attention, residents of the Pivnichnyi neighborhood! Evacuation measures and delivery to gathering and evacuation points are being carried out. After registration, places will be provided in stationary points of temporary accommodation," the message reads.

According to the actual local authorities, more than a thousand people living in the surrounding areas are already in temporary accommodation.

In occupied Feodosia, a large-scale fire that arose as a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on an oil depot is still ongoing. Relevant satellite photos were published by Schemes.

The pictures show plumes of smoke on the territory of the oil depot.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, an oil depot is on fire in Feodosia after an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A man-made state of emergency was introduced in the city.

On the night of October 4, the Defense Forces of Ukraine launched drones over the territory of the Russian federation and attacked the Annaneftoprodukt storage base for fuel and lubricants located near the village of Anna in the Voronezh Oblast of the russian federation.
