The Ukrainian Defense Industry joint-stock company (formerly Ukroboronprom) reached agreements on cooperation with 4 Western arms companies during the second International Forum of Defense Industries.
This is stated in the company's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
According to the report, at the forum, the Ukrainian Defense Industry signed documents on partnership with arms companies from the USA, France and Poland.
In particular, it is about interaction in the spheres of munitions and special chemicals, unmanned systems, as well as radio-electronic intelligence and radio-electronic warfare.
"Further, we will work to ensure that the signed agreements turn into real Ukrainian weapons, the latest military technologies. Into strikes against the enemy, which is common to all of us. And into victory," said Minister of Strategic Industry Herman Smetanin.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the French-German defense concern KNDS will produce 155 mm caliber artillery ammunition in Ukraine and repair equipment.
