On the night of September 27, russia attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missile, two Kh-22 cruise missiles, and 32 attack drones. This is reported by the Air Forces.
The attack was repulsed by anti-aircraft missile forces, mobile fire groups, and units of electronic warfare. Anti-aircraft defense worked in the Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv and Odesa Regions.
"As a result of the anti-aircraft battle, 24 Shahed-type attack UAVs were shot down. One UAV entered the airspace of Romania, another enemy UAV was lost in location as a result of the anti-aircraft missile defense of the Defense Forces of Ukraine," the military said.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the russians launched a missile attack on Dnipro at night, and an industrial facility was damaged.
On the night of September 26, the russian occupiers launched 78 Shahed type UAVs and 6 missiles over Ukraine.
The air alert in the capital and the region lasted more than 5 hours.
