Donald Trump, the US presidential candidate from the Republican Party, called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy "the greatest salesman", who leaves with money after every visit to Washington.
Trump made the corresponding statement at a rally in Pennsylvania, according to Bloomberg.
"I think Zelenskyy is the greatest salesman in history - every time he comes to the country, he leaves with USD 60 billion," Trump said.
The US presidential candidate said that he was allegedly surprised by Zelenskyy's requests for help in ensuring the security of Ukraine.
Trump repeatedly said that if he wins the election, he will seek to push Ukraine and russia to negotiate an end to the war.
According to him, the first thing he intends to do after coming to the White House is to call Zelenskyy and russian dictator vladimir putin and tell them: "You have to make a deal, this is crazy."
Trump also said that, in his opinion, the Ukrainian President very much wanted Democratic candidate Kamala Harris to win the US election.
It will be recalled that on September 23, President Zelenskyy said that Trump "really does not know" how to stop russia's war against Ukraine.
Currently, Zelenskyy is on a visit to the USA. One of the goals of the trip is to present a victory plan to the current leader of the country, Joseph Biden.
Earlier, the mass media wrote that Zelenskyy is going to show the victory plan to the US presidential candidates Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.
