President Volodymyr Zelenskyy went to the United States to present the Victory of Ukraine plan. The head of state announced this in a video message on Sunday, September 22.
"Ukraine will present the Victory Plan to the United States, and the President of America will be the first to see it in full. Of course, I will present the Victory Plan to all the leaders of the partner countries, who, like President Biden, are world leaders and can become leaders of peace by helping us with the Victory Plan - said Zelenskyy.
The Victory Plan will also be presented to both parties in Congress and to both candidates in the United States. According to Zelenskyy, this autumn it will be decided what will happen next in the war of the aggressor country russia against Ukraine.
Later, the President announced that he had already started a visit to the U.S.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on September 24, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will speak at a meeting of the United Nations Security Council dedicated to russia's war in Ukraine.
On September 18, Zelenskyy announced that the plan for the victory of Ukraine is fully ready.
