In his evening video address, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that the Ukrainian victory plan has already been fully prepared.
"And today we can already say that our victory plan has been fully prepared - all points, all key points, the necessary annexes with details to the plan have been defined. Everything has been worked out. The most important thing now is the determination to implement," said Zelenskyy.
According to the president, there is no and cannot be any alternative to peace, any freezing of the war or any other actions that "simply move Russian aggression to another stage."
"We need reliable and long-term security for Ukraine, and therefore for the whole of Europe. This is what we are working for," Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Zelenskyy previously said that he intends to meet with U.S. President Joseph Biden this month and present him with a victory plan.
Zelenskyy also stated that the Ukrainian victory plan will be shown to U.S. presidential candidates Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.
In addition, on September 16, the Voice of America reported that Zelenskyy is going to speak at the UN General Assembly.
