President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will speak at the UN General Assembly, the session of which opened on September 13. One of the topics of the speech will be the lifting of restrictions on strikes on the territory of russia from Ukraine.

As the publication writes, the general debate within the session of the UN General Assembly will begin on September 24. A speech by US President Joseph Biden is scheduled for this day.

The next day, September 25, Zelenskyy's speech will take place.

The publication recalled that Zelenskyy had previously promised to provide a "victory plan" to Biden and the leadership of his administration.

In addition, Zelenskyy said that the Ukrainian "victory plan" will also be seen by the US presidential candidates, Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Kamala Harris.

It is noted that on the agenda of the General Assembly is the discussion of the lifting of restrictions from Ukraine, which do not allow the Ukrainian army to strike deep into the russian federation, using Western weapons.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the day before President Zelenskyy said that he will meet with Biden this month and show him the plan for Ukraine's victory in the war.
