The actual volume of grain exports by Ukraine since the beginning of the 2024/2025 marketing year (July 2024 - June 2025) as of September 18 is 8.94 million tons, which is 51.5% or 3.038 million tons more than in the same period of the previous marketing year.
This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
4,984,000 tons of wheat, 1,169,000 tons of barley, 7,500 tons of rye, and 2,532,000 tons of corn have already been exported. At the same time, during the specified period, the export of wheat flour and flour from other crops decreased by 52.3%, or by 16,900 tons, to 15,400 tons.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Ukraine exported 50.8 million tons of grain in the 2023/2024 marketing year, which is 3.2% or 1.59 million tons more than in the last marketing year.
