The draft Framework Agreement envisages attracting official support for the Government of Ukraine in the form of a concessional loan from the French Treasury for a maximum amount of EUR 35 million, which is provided for the purpose of financing the implementation of the project to build modular hospitals.

The creditor will be the Government of the French Republic, represented by the bank Bpifrance Assurance Export (Directorate for Institutional Activities), acting on behalf and in the interests of the French party. Accordingly, the borrower will be Ukraine, represented by the Minister of Finance of Ukraine or the Head of the Debt Agency of Ukraine (in the case of the latter – after the start of its work and on the authority of the Minister of Finance of Ukraine).

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Verkhovna Rada ratified the agreement between Ukraine and the UK on political cooperation, free trade and strategic partnership.
