President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has said that the plan to win the war against the aggressor country russia is more than 90% ready.
The head of state made a corresponding statement in an evening video address.
Zelenskyy said that during the day he held several meetings dedicated to the preparation of the Ukrainian victory plan.
"Real fulfillment of all points. Military fulfillment, political, diplomatic, economic. Key persons have been involved in every direction," the President said.
According to him, the victory plan is more than 90% written. Each step has a clear list of points, what exactly and how will work to strengthen the position of Ukraine.
Zelenskyy emphasized that the victory plan can benefit not only Ukraine, but also the countries of the world that value international law.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the day before Zelenskyy said that this month he intends to meet with U.S. President Joseph Biden and present him with a victory plan.
Earlier, Zelenskyy said that the Ukrainian victory plan will also be shown to U.S. presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
On September 16, the Voice of America wrote that Zelenskyy is going to speak at the UN General Assembly.
