President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will hand over the plan for Ukraine's victory to U.S. presidential candidates Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.
He said this at the "Ukraine 2024. Independence" forum, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"The plan (of victory) is prepared. I think it is fair if I present this plan first to the President of the United States, the success of this plan depends on him, whether we will be given what is in this plan or not. Whether we will be free to use what is in this plan or not. And since everything is delayed a little in life, I think I will present this plan to him at a meeting in September. And I think that somehow it will be right to convey this plan to both Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. Because we do not know who will be the president of the United States, and we really want to implement this plan,” the head of state said.
He noted that the operation in the Kursk Oblast is a direction in the plan of victory for Ukraine.
He called the second direction of the plan the strategic place of Ukraine in the security infrastructure of the world, and the third direction - a package of forcing russia to end the war through diplomatic means.
According to him, the fourth direction of the victory plan is economic.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Defense Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk Oblast (russia) took control of 1,294 square kilometers of territory, 100 settlements, and also captured 594 russian servicemen.
