More than 100 russian UAVs and missiles fly near NPPs in less than month - Energoatom

More than 100 russian drones and missiles flew near Ukrainian nuclear power plants in less than a month.

This is stated in the message of the Energoatom national nuclear power generating company on its Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

"Over the past few weeks, the movement of more than 70 unmanned aerial vehicles of the terrorist country and more than 30 enemy cruise missiles flying near Ukrainian nuclear power plants have been recorded. Such actions of Russia pose an unprecedented threat not only to Ukraine, but also to the entire continent. Before this, no state in the world did not create similar threats to nuclear facilities," the report says.

It is noted that Energoatom provides information about each such fact to relevant institutions for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to send notes to the International Atomic Energy Agency and inform domestic and international organizations.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Ukraine agreed with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to extend the agency's monitoring mission to key substations, on which depends the stable operation of nuclear power plants.
