On the morning of August 15, a loud explosion rang out in the center of the temporarily occupied Berdiansk of the Zaporizhzhia Region, after which the site was surrounded by russian security forces.
This was announced by the head of the Berdiansk City Military Administration, Viktoria Halitsina.
"An explosion rang out in the center of Berdiansk in the morning. Residents of the central part of the city heard a loud explosion after 5 a.m.," the report says.
According to information available at the City Military Administration, the site of the incident was surrounded by russian security forces.
"Details - later," Halitsina added.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, meanwhile, on the night of August 15, 2024, the enemy struck with 3 Kh-59 guided air missiles and 29 Shahed type UAVs. Air defense forces shot down all the Shaheds.
Also, the army of the aggressor country of the russian federation fired at critical infrastructure facilities in the Kherson Region. Houses, a gas pipeline and a car were also hit by the enemy.
