Russian troops attacked Kostiantynivka, Donetsk Region. Locals report shelling of the supermarket area, killed and wounded, as well as a fire at the site of the hit.
Information about the attack on the city was confirmed to Suspilne Donbas by the head of the City Military Administration, Serhii Horbunov.

In turn, the Telegram channel Donbas Operatyvnyi writes that around 11:00 a.m. a direct hit was made at the Ekomarket store, which caused a strong fire.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the army of the aggressor country also attacked the Dnipropetrovsk Region during the night and early morning of Thursday, August 8, damaging two houses and injuring a child in the Pokrovsk community.
On the night of August 8 - the previous day - the russian occupiers fired 2 ballistic and 2 guided air missiles, as well as 4 Shaheds at Ukraine. Air defense forces destroyed both air missiles and all attack UAVs.
