The Defense Intelligence special forces conducted an operation in the Kherson Region, the landing force of the Defense Intelligence landed on the Tendrivska Spit.

The raid on Tendrivska Spit took place on August 6, 2024. Special forces of the "Artan" active operations unit and the Maritime Center of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine implemented an operation in the northern part of the Black Sea.
"A landing group of special forces landed on the Tendrivska Spit and destroyed enemy armored vehicles, in particular MT-LB, the enemy's EW complex, and also destroyed the fortifications of the russians. During the battle, the russian invaders suffered losses among personnel - the exact number is being specified," the message says.
It is noted that after the successful completion of the assigned task, in particular, the one that they cannot report, the special forces of the Defense Intelligence returned without losses.
"This is not the first successful active event of special forces of the Defense Intelligence on the russian-occupied Tendrivska Spit. The relevant actions are only part of the large-scale plan of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine, the implementation of which is ongoing," the press service of the Defense Intelligence noted.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the russian Ministry of Defense confirmed the fighting in the Kursk Oblast and announced the dispatch of its reserves to the russian-Ukrainian border after local authorities reported "breakthrough attempts by the Armed Forces of Ukraine" in the area.
Regarding this, Kovalenko stated that the russian occupation forces do not control the border in the Kursk Oblast. The information from the russian military leaders does not correspond to reality.
