Russia repairs ferry and restores ferry crossing - Ukrainian Navy

Russia has resumed ferry crossings by repairing one of the ferries that was damaged earlier.

Dmytro Pletenchuk, the spokesman for the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, told about this on the air of the United News nationwide telethon.

"A noticeable change in the situation at sea is the restoration of the ferry crossing at the expense of one of the previously damaged ferries that was repaired. It is twice as small as the "Slavyanin" in terms of the number of cars it can accommodate, but as you can see, they don't have much choice," Pletenchuk said.

He also reported that there are currently two enemy submarines of the 636 project, which are carriers of cruise missiles, in the Black Sea.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, local authorities in russia admitted that a drone attack was carried out on an unnamed ferry vessel on the night of July 23. It is probably about the damage of the Conroe Trader ferry.

It was also previously reported that the russian occupiers were able to restore the ferry service in the temporarily annexed Crimea. Ukrainian defenders attacked it in late May.
