Property Fund receives assets of Motor Sich ex-president Bohuslaiev and his business partner Kononenko

The State Property Fund (SPF) has taken over the property of the former president of Motor Sich (Zaporizhzhia) Vyacheslav Bohuslaiev and his business partner in the russian aircraft construction market Petr Kononenko.

This is stated in the message of the fund, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"Bohuslaiev's shares or 100% of companies are included in the revenue of the state: LLC Zolota Aistra, TDV Insurance company Motor-Garant, LLC Vinnytsia Aviation Plant, Vertolioty MSB, JSC Motor-Bank and PrJSC Azov Trade-XXI. All real estate and land plots are located in Zaporizhzhia or the region. The shares of the companies owned by Kononenko included Zhekon LLC, Perspective High Technologies LLC and Promzapal PrJSC," the message states.

In addition, Bohuslaiev's money was collected to the state income.

In particular, we are talking about the money placed in the accounts in Motor-Bank in the amount of more than UAH 554 million and in the FUIB in the amount of UAH 79.5 million.

"Over 600 million in hryvnia equivalent are transferred by the SPF to the Fund for Liquidation of the Consequences of Armed Aggression. Of these, UAH 287.3 million have already been transferred. The fund continues its work with nationalized assets. The property of the occupiers, collaborators and enemies of Ukraine must work for the benefit of the country!" stressed Vitalii Koval, head of the SPF.

According to the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court, sanctions were applied to Bohuslaiev and Kononenko.

The property that belonged to them was charged to the state income and handed over to the management of the SPF.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Bohuslaiev, suspected of aiding the aggressor state, asked to be included in the list for exchange with russia.

In November 2022, the shares of Motor Sich companies were alienated into state ownership for the period of martial law.
