Rada suggests introducing "economic mobilization". How it will work

Member of the Verkhovna Rada from the Servant of the People faction, chairman of the parliamentary committee on economic development, Dmytro Natalukha, proposes to introduce "economic mobilization" together with "economic booking".

He told journalists about this, answering a question of the Ukrainian News agency.

"Imagine that you have a service station. This service station does not have the financial ability to pay UAH 20,000 for one employee per month for booking. But it is in demand among the same military personnel. That is, the military personnel are constantly fixing their cars there. Then we introduce the category of "economic mobilization", he said about the addition to the idea of ​​"economic booking ".

He noted that economic mobilization will consist in the fact that a business that does not have the opportunity to pay UAH 20,000 in tax for the booking of an employee, can provide free goods, work or services that are in demand among the military, with a similar cost.

"Actually, this means that for the booking price, for example, you want to book four employees, it is the amount of UAH 80,000 per month. This service station concludes a contract with some brigade for free services in the amount of UAH 80,000 per month. And for this, it receives the right to book four workers," he explained.

Natalukha said that the concept of "economic mobilization" will be combined in one bill with "economic booking".

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, parliamentarians propose to allow businesses to book employees on the condition that each of them pays UAH 20,000 of military duty every month.

Also, two alternative bills have been registered in the Rada, which include: a model with booking based on the salary level of more than UAH 35,000; mixed model — UAH 35,000 of salary for an employee, UAH 20,000 of military duty for an individual entrepreneur.
