The National Bank has approved Viktor Ponomarenko for the post of the chairman of the board of the State Export-Import Bank (Ukreximbank).
This is stated in the bank's message, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
On June 19, 2024, Ukreximbank received a letter-notification from the National Bank of Ukraine on the approval of Viktor Viktorovych Ponomarenko for the position of the chairman of the board of the bank.
With the agreement of Viktor Ponomarenko and the supervisory board, in order to ensure the effective transfer of cases, the new chairman will start working as the chairman of the board of JSC Ukreximbank on July 1, 2024.
Viktor Ponomarenko has been working in the banking sector for over 24 years, twenty of which at JSC ProCreditBank, which is part of the international financial holding company ProCredit Holding (Germany).
Since 2012, Viktor Ponomarenko has held the position of the chairman of the board of ProCreditBank JSC.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, 100% of the shares of PJSC Ukreximbank are in state ownership.
