MP Dubinskyi appeals against his arrest

Verkhovna Rada Member Oleksandr Dubinskyi has filed an appeal against the decision of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv, which chose a measure of restraint for the parliamentarian in the form of arrest.

This is stated in court materials, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Dubinskyi's defense filed an appeal on November 17.

The appeal was filed in the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

The date and time of its consideration have not yet been determined.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Dubinskyi, who is suspected of high treason, was placed in the Lukianivska Remand Prison.

MP Dubinskyi was taken to the SSU pre-trial detention center, where businessman Ihor Kolomoiskyi is also located.
