In Kyiv, the warhead of a downed russian Kh-69 missile fell next to a residential building and could detonate at any moment. Sappers eliminated the object in safe conditions.
It was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
"In Kyiv, sappers of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine eliminated the warhead of a downed Russian Kh-69 missile, which fell next to a residential building after another enemy air attack and could detonate at any moment," the message says.
Sappers of the Mobile Rescue Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine identified the object and, using a special manipulator, loaded it into a vehicle for transportation and further destruction in safe conditions.
Emergency responders urged not to approach the wreckage of missiles, drones or other explosive objects, and to call "101" if they are found.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the number of victims of the attack by the aggressor state russia on Kyiv on the night of July 21 has increased to 9, including 1 child. One person was killed as a result of the attack.
The Air Forces stated that on the night of July 21, Kyiv suffered one of the most severe massive missile and drone attacks, with more than 15 direct hits on objects in the capital recorded.
In total, russian troops launched 426 drones and 24 missiles of various types over the territory of Ukraine on the night of Monday, July 21, the air defense forces managed to shoot down 224 enemy air attack vehicles, another 203 drones did not reach their targets.
