AFU destroy almost 1,200 invaders and 41 artillery systems. General Staff reports losses of russians per day

During the last day, the Ukrainian defense forces destroyed almost 1,200 russian invaders. The total losses in the personnel of the enemy army since the beginning of the large-scale invasion already number about 413,760 soldiers. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 44 armored fighting vehicles.

The StratCom of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on its Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 02/28/24 were approximately:

• personnel - about 413,760 (+ 1,150) people eliminated;
• tanks - 6,593 (+ 23) units;
• armored fighting vehicles - 12,552 (+ 44) units;
• artillery systems - 10,070 (+ 41) units;
• MLRS - 1,000 units;
• air defense equipment - 690 (+ 2) units;
• aircraft - 342 units;
• helicopters - 325 units;
• operational-tactical level UAVs - 7,768 (+ 15) units;
• cruise missiles - 1,912 units;
• ships/boats - 25 units;
• submarines - 1 unit;
• motor vehicles and tank trucks - 13,152 (+ 40) units;
• special equipment - 1,601 (+ 7) units.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, over the past day, the Ukrainian military eliminated more than a thousand russian invaders, thus the total losses of the enemy army in personnel since the beginning of the large-scale invasion amounted to about 412,610 soldiers. In addition, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed two enemy aircraft.
