AFU destroy 910 occupiers and 24 artillery systems. General Staff reports losses of russians per day

As of the morning of Friday, February 9, russia's losses in the war in Ukraine amounted to 910 invaders per day, while the total number of losses of the russian army since the beginning of the invasion increased to 393,290 troops. The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to successfully resist enemy forces, destroying 22 armored fighting vehicles, 24 artillery systems and 18 enemy unmanned aerial vehicles.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 02/09/24 were approximately:

• personnel - about 393,290 (+ 910) people eliminated;
• tanks - 6,385 (+ 2) units;
• armored fighting vehicles - 11,921 (+ 22) units;
• artillery systems - 9,435 (+ 24) units;
• MLRS - 981 (+ 1) units;
• air defense equipment - 666 units;
• aircraft - 332 units;
• helicopters - 325 units;
• operational-tactical level UAVs - 7,209 (+ 18) units;
• cruise missiles - 1,881 (+ 1) units;
• ships/boats - 24 units;
• submarines - 1 unit;
• motor vehicles and tank trucks - 12,551 (+ 38) units;
• special equipment - 1,509 (+ 4) units.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, as of the morning of Thursday, February 8, russia's losses in the war in Ukraine increased by another 910 occupiers per day. The total number of losses of the russian army since the beginning of the invasion amounted to 392,380 troops. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out effective strikes, destroying a helicopter, 31 missiles, 14 drones and 20 enemy armored fighting vehicles.
