The amount of taxes and fees paid by NOVA (Nova Poshta) group to budgets of all levels in 2023 amounted to UAH 10.7 billion. This is 50% more than in 2022. In particular, Nova Poshta paid UAH 8.7 billion, NovaPay - UAH 1.2 billion, the press service of the company reports.
Also, 2023 marked a record volume of investments in the development of NOVA (Nova Poshta) group in Ukraine. It amounted to UAH 5.3 billion. This is more than twice the investment budget of last year (UAH 2.1 billion). The level of Nova Poshta's faith in the future of Ukraine in 2024 is even greater: it is planned to increase the amount of investments to UAH 7 billion for the current year.
Last year, the largest amount of capital investment - UAH 2.4 billion - was allocated for the construction of new sorting terminals and for the automation of those already working. This allows the company to ensure an uninterrupted delivery process in conditions of constant growth of cargo volumes and not to lose speed: today the company delivers 1,040 parcels every minute, and on peak load days - 1,400, despite the difference in volume delivery occurs at the same speed.
Another big expense item is the development of a network of branches and post offices, in which the company has invested UAH 1.1 billion. As a result, the Nova Poshta network in Ukraine already has more than 27,000 points of service. The goal of expanding the network is the close availability of branches or automated parcel terminals to Ukrainians, and therefore - the convenience of use.
Also, the investment budget funds were aimed at automation of workplaces and repair of branches in order to make them convenient and barrier-free to use for different groups of consumers and employees - UAH 1.2 billion.
To update the fleet of transport and BDF containers, the company allocated UAH 233 million, to IT and R&D - UAH 338 million, to develop the direction of fulfillment - UAH 17 million.
