In the period of January 12-19, the national WIG-Ukraine index at the Warsaw Stock Exchange increased by 5.3% or 11.63 points to 229.08 points, growing for the second week in a row.
This is evidenced by the data on the website of the exchange, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
At the beginning of this period, the index was 217.45 points, at the end - 229.08 points.
The shares of Coal Energy showed the largest increase (+13.5%).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in the period of January 5-12, the national WIG-Ukraine index at the Warsaw Stock Exchange increased by 2.1% or 4.52 points to 217.45 points, after falling for one week.
