Russian losses in the war in Ukraine on Friday morning, December 22, amounted to 1,080 invaders. The total number of losses of the russian army since the beginning of the invasion made approximately 351,350 of its troops. In addition, the Armed Forces destroyed 9 tanks, 18 AFVs and 24 artillery systems of the enemy.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 12/22/23 were approximately:
- personnel - about 351,350 (+ 1,080) people eliminated;
- tanks - 5,837 (+ 9) units;
- armored fighting vehicles - 10,843 (+ 18) units;
- artillery systems - 8,250 (+ 24) units;
- MLRS - 932 units;
- air defense equipment - 611 units;
- aircraft - 324 units;
- helicopters - 324 units;
- UAVs of operational and tactical level - 6,365 (+ 23) units;
- cruise missiles - 1,613 units;
- ships/boats - 22 units;
- submarines - 1 unit;
- motor vehicles and tank trucks - 10,944 (+ 25) units;
- special equipment - 1,217 (+ 9) units.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the losses of russia in the war in Ukraine on Thursday morning, December 21, amounted to 1,080 invaders. Thus, the total number of losses of the russian army since the beginning of the invasion made approximately 350,270 of its military. In addition, the Armed Forces destroyed 14 tanks, 31 AFVs and 20 enemy artillery systems.
