The board of PrivatBank received salaries from UAH 675,000 to UAH 1.5 million in October.
This is evidenced by data on the bank's website, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Thus, in October, the chairman of the board received UAH 1,511,460 in salary, and UAH 96,852 in the form of non-monetary additional benefits.
Three deputy heads received UAH 965,300, UAH 774,800 and UAH 750,400.
One member of the board received UAH 866,600 and two received UAH 675,900 each in October.
In total, the board of PrivatBank includes 7 people.
At the same time, it is noted that in October 2023, part of the basic salary for September 2023 (60% of the full salary calculation), part of the basic salary for October 2023 (40% - for the period worked from October 01, 2023 to October 20, 2023) and holidays were paid to the chairman, deputy chairmen and board members of the bank.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in December 2016, the Cabinet of Ministers decided on the nationalization of the financial institution at the suggestion of the National Bank and the shareholders of PrivatBank.
The state, represented by the Ministry of Finance, received 100% of the capital of PrivatBank.
On February 15, 2023, the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court upheld the decision of the Economic Court of the city of Kyiv dated June 2, 2021, which dismissed the proceedings in the case of the lawsuit of the former chairman of the board and minority shareholder of PrivatBank, Oleksandr Dubilet, regarding the invalidation of the purchase and sale contracts of PrivatBank.
