79 settlements in the Lviv and Khmelnytskyi Regions were cut off due to bad weather.

This was announced by the press service of the Ukrenergo national energy company, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"Rain and strong wind left 79 settlements without electricity in the Lviv and Khmelnytskyi Regions. Due to hostilities and other reasons, 411 settlements remain without electricity," the message reads.

The regional power distribution companies’ networks in the Donetsk, Sumy, Khmelnytskyi, Kharkiv, and Kherson Regions have been damaged due to shelling by the russian occupiers.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, overnight into October 25, due to the russian attack, the windows in the administrative and laboratory buildings of the Khmelnytskyi NPP were broken.
