China's Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) has ordered the arrest of Yin Meigen, a former senior legislator in east China's Jiangxi Province, for suspected bribe-taking, the SPP said. This was reported by The Xinhua News Agency.
Yin formerly served as deputy secretary of the leading Party members group of the Standing Committee of Jiangxi Provincial People's Congress and vice director of the standing committee.
Yin's case was transferred to procuratorial authorities for examination and prosecution following the conclusion of an investigation by the National Commission of Supervision.
