On October 8, the military of the terrorist states of the russian Federation fired 53 times on the peaceful settlements of the Kherson Region. The enemy fired 288 shells using mortars, artillery, Grad MLRSes, AGSes, tanks, aviation, and UAVs. The enemy fired 96 shells at the city of Kherson.
Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, announced this on his Telegram channel.
The russian military targeted the residential quarters of the population centers of the region, a parking lot, and a critical infrastructure object in Kherson, the territory of a church in the Kherson District.
As a result of russian aggression, one person was killed, and 18 more, including two children, were injured.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on October 5, two residents of the Kherson region were killed as a result of russian shelling. Four more people were injured or wounded.
In total, on October 5, the occupiers shelled peaceful settlements in the Kherson Region 78 times, firing 330 shells from mortars, artillery, Grad MLRSes, tanks, aviation, and UAVs. The enemy fired 27 shells at the city of Kherson.
