The aggressor country of the Russian Federation has already lost more than 212,000 of its soldiers since the beginning of the full-scale war. Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 730 occupiers.
This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy as of June 8, 2023 approximately amounted to:
- personnel - about 212,760 (+730) persons were eliminated;
- tanks - 3,891 (+18) units;
- armored fighting vehicles - 7,576 (+16) units;
- artillery systems - 3,668 (+28) units;
- MLRS - 595 (+1) units;
- air defense equipment - 355 (+3) units;
- aircraft - 314 units;
- helicopters - 299 units;
- UAVs of operational-tactical level - 3,234 (+15) units;
- cruise missiles - 1,171 units;
- ships/boats - 18 units;
- automotive equipment and tank trucks - 6,384 (+35) units;
- special equipment - 500 (+8).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Russia's losses in the war in Ukraine as of Tuesday morning, June 6, amounted to 800 occupiers, the total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 211,150 soldiers. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a helicopter and 35 missiles.
And as of the morning of Wednesday, June 7, Russia's losses in the war in Ukraine amounted to 880 invaders, the total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 212,030 soldiers. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed the aircraft.
