Over the past 24 hours, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have carried out 15 airstrikes on areas of enemy personnel concentration, hitting four ammunition depots, two anti-aircraft missile complexes, and four radio-warfare stations.
This follows from a statement by the General Staff of the AFU from its morning report.
The enemy used Kh-101/Kh-555 air-based cruise missiles and Iranian strike UAV Shahed at night. In cooperation with the air defense of other AFU components, the forces and means of the air command destroyed four out of six Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles and six out of eight Shahed attack UAVs.
The enemy continues to focus its primary efforts on attempts to completely occupy the Luhansk and Donetsk Regions. During the past day, 29 combat clashes took place.
During the past day, the enemy conducted 14 missile and 40 airstrikes and carried out 51 attacks using MLRSes on the positions of our troops and populated areas.
As a result of the shelling, there were casualties among the civilian population, and private residential buildings, educational institutions, and other civil and administrative infrastructure were damaged.
On the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi axes, the enemy made an unsuccessful attempt to penetrate across the state border of Ukraine in the area of Zelene settlement in the Kharkiv Region, also launched missile strikes in the Vovchansk and Chuhuyiv areas and airstrikes in the Ivashky, Ohirtseve, and Hatyshche areas in the Kharkiv Region. It Carried out mortar and artillery shelling of settlements in Karpovychi in the Chernihiv Region; Znob-Novhorodske, Brusky, Atynske, Basivka, Yunakivka, Sadky, Myropillia, Turiya, Hrabovske, Oleksandrivka, Velyka Pysarivka, and Shevchenkove in the Sumy Region, as well as Ivashky, Udy, Chervona Zoria, Hoptivka, Krasne, Zelene, Starytsia, Ohirtseve, Hatyshche, Pletenivka, Vovchansk, Karayichne, Budarky, and Chuhuyivka in the Kharkiv Region.
On the Kupiyansk axis, during the past day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions near Novoselivske, Luhansk Region. He carried out an airstrike in the Serhiyivka District of the Donetsk Region. Kolodiazne, Krasne Pershe, Fyholivka, Novomlynsk, Dovhenke, Kutkivka, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Kyslivka, Kotliarivka, Tabayivka, and Berestove in the Kharkiv Region; and Novoselivske in the Luhansk Region came under enemy artillery and mortar fire.
On the Lyman axis, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Bilohorivka, Luhansk Region. Makiyivka, Nevske, and Bilohorivka of the Luhansk Region, and Verkhniokamiyanske, Torske, Spirne, and Rozdolivka in the Donetsk Region were subjected to artillery shelling.
On the Bakhmut axis, the enemy carried out offensive actions on the Ivanivske axis without success. It carried out airstrikes in the Vasiutynske, Toretsk, and Sieverne areas. Vasiukivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Khromove, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Stupochky, Predtechyne, Bila Hora, Dyliyivka, and Niu York in the Donetsk Region fell under enemy artillery fire.
The Russians did not carry out offensive actions on the Avdiyivka axis. An airstrike was carried out in the Avdiyivka Region. They carried out artillery shelling of Avdiyivka, Pervomaiske, and Karlivka settlements of the Donetsk Region.
On the Mariyinka axis, Ukrainian defenders repelled all enemy attacks in the city of Mariyinka. At the same time, the enemy carried out an air strike within this settlement. It shelled the Hostre, Mariyinka, and Pobieda settlements in the Donetsk Region.
On the Shakhtarsk axis, the enemy shelled Vuhledar, Prechystivka, and Novoukrayinka in the Donetsk Region.
The enemy continues to conduct defensive operations on the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson axes. It carried out airstrikes in the Novopil District of the Donetsk Region, Olhivske in the Zaporizhzhia Region, Beryslav, and Vesele in the Kherson Region. It carried out artillery shelling of the settlements of Vilne Pole, Zelene Pole, Novopil, Temyrivka in the Donetsk Region; Olhivske, Malynivka, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriyivka, Stepove, and Kamiyanske in the Zaporizhzhia Region; Kozatske, Tiahynka, Ivanivka, Dniprovske, and Kizomys of the Kherson Region and the city of Kherson.
AFU aviation made 15 strikes on areas of concentration of enemy personnel.
The AFU destroyed six enemy reconnaissance UAVs.
During the day, units of missile troops and artillery struck three control points, two areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment, four ammunition depots, two anti-aircraft missile complexes, and four radio-electronic warfare stations of the enemy.
