Russia Deploys 4 Ships On Combat Duty In Black Sea

As of May 31, there are 4 enemy ships on combat duty in the Black Sea, 3 of them carrying Kalibr cruise missiles. A total salvo of up to 16 missiles. This is stated in the message of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In addition, there is 1 enemy ship in the Sea of Azov. And in the Mediterranean Sea, up to 7 enemy ships are on combat duty, including 1 Kalibr cruise missile carrier, with a total salvo of up to 4 missiles.

During the day, in the interests of the aggressor country of the Russian Federation, passage through the Kerch-Yenikal Strait was carried out by:

  • to the Sea of Azov - 14 ships, of which 3 continued the movement with the Bosphorus Strait;
  • to the Black Sea - 21 vessels, of which 12 continued their movement in the direction of the Bosphorus Strait.

The Russian Federation continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea of 1974 (SOLAS) by turning off automatic identification systems (AIS) on civilian vessels in the waters of the Sea of Azov, the message added.
