Besides, the Armed Forces destroyed 20 artillery systems and 36 UAVs.
It was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to May 25, 2023 were approximately:
personnel ‒ about 205,260 (+ 500) people eliminated,
tanks ‒ 3,795 (+ 3) units,
armored fighting vehicles - 7,432 (+ 8) units,
artillery systems - 3,359 (+ 20) units,
MLRS - 570 units,
air defense means - 327 units,
aircraft - 309 units,
helicopters - 296 units,
operational-tactical level UAVs - 2,907 (+ 36),
cruise missiles - 1,015 units,
ships/boats - 18 units,
motor vehicles and tank trucks - 6,148 (+ 2) units,
special equipment - 444 (+ 4)
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the General Staff said that a Ка-52 helicopter was shot down.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed a Russian Su-35 aircraft on the evening of May 21. It is a fourth generation multirole fighter.
And on the morning of Wednesday, May 24, Russia's losses in the war in Ukraine amounted to 400 invaders, the total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 204,760 military.
