As of the morning of Tuesday, April 18, the Ukrainian military have eliminated 470 Russian soldiers per day, the total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion has made 183,130 soldiers. In addition, the Armed Forces destroyed 11 AFVs, 6 artillery systems and 6 UAVs over the day.
It was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to April 18, 2023 have made approximately:
- personnel ‒ about 183,130 (+ 470) people eliminated,
- tanks ‒ 3,661 (+ 1) units,
- armored fighting vehicles - 7,098 (+ 11) units,
- artillery systems - 2,810 (+ 6) units,
- MLRS - 538 (+ 0) units,
- air defense systems - 285 (+ 0) units,
- aircraft - 308 (+ 0) units,
- helicopters - 293 (+ 0) units,
- UAVs of operational and tactical level - 2,353 (+ 6),
- cruise missiles - 911 (+ 0),
- ships/boats - 18 (+ 0) units,
- vehicles and tank trucks - 5,676 (+ 4) units,
- special equipment - 330 (+ 2).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, as of the morning of Monday, April 17, the Ukrainian military had eliminated 590 Russian soldiers per day, the total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion had made 182,660 soldiers. In addition, the Armed Forces destroyed 9 artillery systems and 8 UAVs per day.
And in a week, from April 10 to 16, the Ukrainian military eliminated 3,920 Russian soldiers. The Armed Forces also managed to destroy an aircraft, a helicopter and 27 UAVs.
