In the period of March 20-24, the quotations of shares of Ferrexpo plc (United Kingdom), which controls Poltava Mining and Yeristovo Mining (both located in Horishni Plavni, Poltava region), at the London Stock Exchange decreased by 6.5% or GBP 0.078 per share to GBP 1.130 per share, continuing to fall for the third week in a row.
That follows from the data posted at the London Stock Exchange, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
According to the report, on March 20, the shares of the company were quoted at the level of GBP 1.208 per share; on March 21, they decreased to GBP 1.198 per share; and on March 22, they fell to GBP 1.165 per share.
On March 23, the share quotations increased to GBP 1.177 per share; but on March 24, they decreased to GBP 1.130 per share.
The transactions were being conducted during the whole week.
Since the start of the year, the company's shares' quotations have decreased by 28.1% (compared to the level of quotations on December 30, 2022 - GBP 1.572).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in the period of December 31, 2021 - December 31, 2022, the quotations of shares of Ferrexpo plc at the London Stock Exchange fell by 47.5% or GBP 1.422 per share to GBP 1.572 per share.
In 2022, Ferrexpo plc reduced its profit four times or by USD 651 million year over year to USD 220 million, and revenue – twice or by USD 1.27 billion to USD 1.25 billion.
In 2022, the company reduced EBITDA (Earnings before Taxes, Interest, and Depreciation) by 47% or USD 674 million year over year to USD 765 million.
At the same time, in 2022, capital investments fell 2.2 times to USD 161 million.
