Member of Parliament from the Holos faction Solomiya Bobrovska is preparing a collective appeal from MPs to the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) regarding the statements of the adviser to the President's Office Oleksii Arestovych about the "shooting down of a missile" in Dnipro.
She announced this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"I'm just preparing a collective appeal from MPs to the Security Service of Ukraine. Emotions are over the edge, all human limits have been crossed," the MP wrote.
Bobrovska called Arestovych a "swindler and an agent."
In the comments to the post, Iryna Gerashchenko, MP from the European Solidarity faction, said that she is also preparing such an appeal.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Arestovych apologized for his words about the explosion in Dnipro because of the Ukrainian Air Defense Forces, but retracted his apology.
The Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the Dnipro high-rise building was hit by a Russian Kh-22 cruise missile launched by one of the five Tu-22m3 long-range bombers of the Russian Air and Space Forces over the territory of Ukraine. The Armed Forces of Ukraine have no weapons capable of shooting down this type of missile.
On January 15, presenter Oksana Sokolova wrote on her Facebook page that the Advisor to the Office of the President Oleksii Arestovych should be punished for his statement that a Russian missile hit a residential building in Dnipro, allegedly due to the actions of Ukrainian air defense.
