State Budget Executed In 2022 With Deficit Of UAH 911.1 Billion, Deficit In December Made UAH 99 Billion

In 2022, the state budget was executed with a deficit of UAH 911.1 billion, deficit in December made UAH 99 billion.

This is evidenced by the data of the Ministry of Finance, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to operational data, in 2022 the general fund of the state budget received UAH 1,491.1 billion.

Among the payments, the payment of which is controlled by tax and customs authorities, the main revenues were received from:

- value added tax on goods imported into the customs territory of Ukraine - UAH 253.0 billion;

- value added tax on goods produced in Ukraine - UAH 213.9 billion (collected - UAH 298.5 billion, reimbursed - UAH 84.6 billion);

- personal income tax and military duty - UAH 148.4 billion;

- corporate income tax - UAH 117.0 billion;

- rent fee for subsoil use - UAH 81.0 billion;

- excise tax - UAH 78.9 billion;

- import and export duty - UAH 21.0 billion.

In addition, during 2022, UAH 480.6 billion went to the general fund of the state budget in the form of international assistance (grants).

The income of a single social contribution to the Pension Fund and social insurance funds in 2022 amounted to UAH 425.3 billion.

According to operational information, for 2022, cash expenditures of the state budget amounted to UAH 2,702.4 billion, including the general fund - UAH 2,410.0 billion, or 92.2% from the plan of the reporting period.

At the same time, in December 2022, cash expenditures of the state budget were made in the amount of UAH 408.8 billion, including the general fund - in the amount of UAH 330.5 billion.

For 2022, the state budget was executed with a deficit of UAH 911.1 billion, including the general fund - in the amount of UAH 909.5 billion against the plan of the general fund for 2022 of a deficit of UAH 1,399.5 billion.

In December, the actual deficit of the state budget amounted to UAH 99.0 billion, including the general fund - UAH 101.3 billion.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in November, the actual deficit of the state budget amounted to UAH 170.0 billion, including the general fund - UAH 163.3 billion.

In October, the actual deficit of the state budget amounted to UAH 143.4 billion.
